
You Need,
Toor dal- 1/4 cup- boiled
Potato- 3 boiled peeled and chunks
Tomato -1 medium
Ginger/garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chilies- 2 split
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilies - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seed- 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves a few
How I Made,
- Cooked dal separately and keep aside.
- Boil potato ,peeled and cut into chunks.
- Heat oil in pan,add mustard,cumin seeds.Once it splutter,add onions,green chilies and curry leaves.Saute for till onion lighty turn brown,then add tomatoes.salt,turmeric,chili powder.
- Mix well and fry for few minutes.
- Now add potato chunks and cooked dal.
- Mix all together.Simmer for 5-8 minutes or till potato and dal are well coated with the spices.
- Check seasoning and remove from heat.

Wow Toor dhal and potato nice one, I make them like sambhar but thie looks really utterly delicious...
