Hi there, sorry for missing in action for sometimes....quite busy with normal routines.Hope all of you doing well....i manage to go through some of yours latest posts..will keep following the others soon.Weather here damn cold .....and feeling lazy all the day.....so that they are nothing new dish been tried out in my kitchen.I always like to keep puff pastry sheets in fridge and it become really handy when i need too make quick breakfast or snack.Today i make it as breakfast ..so i make it bigger..if you are making as snack ..make it smaller...And also you can make many type of stuffing like tuna, mince meat or veggies.Curry puff/karipap is one of my favourite puffs in malaysia, since it required lot of work ..i rarely make it.Since i notice this easy peasy puffs sheet in supermarket, its become handy for me to make karipap style and use in these pastries. Here is what you need,

Ingredients,
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 beaten egg

Filliing,
Chicken -minced 1cup
Potato- 2 diced small
Green peas- 1/4 cup
Onion- 1chopped finely
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chilies-1 chopped finely
Chicken masala- 1 1/2 tsbp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk pwd - 1 tbsp
Salt as per  taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

How I make,

  1. Heat oil in pan,add chopped onions.Fry with some salt till golden brown color.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste along green chilies. Saute till the raw smell goes.
  3. Add minced chicken, geen peas and potatoes and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add, chicken masala and garam masala and stir for another minute for the masala cook.Add some water and let the meat cooked well.
  5. Meanwhile mix coconut milk powder with some water to thick paste or you can use cocont milk.
  6. When the mixture is almost dry and once the meat cooked, add the coconut milk in.Stir continuously till the mixture is well combined and slighty wet.
  7. Remove from heat and keep aside for cool.

Now thaw the  puff pastry.Dust the work table with some flour.Unfold the pastry and rolled out to thinly and cut into 6 equal rectangles. I manage to make 6 pastry with 1 puff sheet,if you want small pastry then maybe you can 8 pastry out of that.Heap about a  table of filling on the pastry and fold it over to close the edges,Press down the edges with fork.Brush the pastry with some egg eash and bake into golden brown.
