A simple side dish which goes well with mild curry like sambar...sodhi..etc....

What You Need,

Drumstick - 2 ,remove skin n cut into 4
Brinjal- 4 ,cut into small 4
Tomato -1 chopped
Onion- 1 chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Curry leaves- 1 strig
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder- 1 tsp
Salt as taste
Oil - 1tbsp


How I Make,

Heat oil in pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and curry leaves.Once its pop,add onion and fry for 2 seconds or till its light brown .Now add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smells goes.
Now throw in drumstick and brinjal,fry for few minutes then add salt and chili powder.Mix all together and add some water.Cook in medium heat.Once the drumstick and brinjal cook,check seasoning and simmer for few minutes till the gravy turns to dry,then remove from heat.
