Here what you Need,
Self Raising Flour-200g
Butter-220g
Castor sugar-200g
Eggs-3
Vanilla Essence-1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder- 4 tbsp
Milk-6 tbsp
Green color-a few drops
Mint Juice/peppermint essence-a few drops
How I make,
- Pre- heat oven according your manual.
- Line a 20 cm round pan with greaseproof paper.
- Beat the sieved self raising flour and butter to smooth paste.
- In a separate bowl,whisk the eggs and sugar until spongy.Add the spongy mix and vanilla essence drops gradually into the flour paste.Beat till smooth.
- Divide the batter to two.Add cocoa powder and milk to one half.Blend till smooth.Now add green color and mint juice into the other half.
- Pour the batter alternatively into the baking pan.
- Bake for 30- 40minutes.
