Sorry dears  i have no idea what is the exact name of this dish in english..u may count it as malaysian muffins or baked corn custard. When i saw this recipe ad ayu's blog ,i make my mind to give a try since my son love corns.I used to do baked corn using custard version but not this version....thanks ayu for the loving recipe. My first attempt as been success...but i changed the ingredients a bit.If u dont have muffins mould ,you can use can tray to bake too!

Let see what you Need,

Self raising flour- 3 cups
Sugar-1/2 cup
Egg-3
Sweetcorn-3/4 tin
Coconut milk -350ml
Yellow color- a few drops
Salt as taste
Butter for grease

How I Make,

Sieve the flour ,then combine flour, eggs, coconut milk, sugar, some salt and some yellow colouring in a bowl. Fold mixture till incorporated and not lumpy. Now add in corn and mix well. Grease mould with some butter. Pour mixture into moulds and bake till cook or according your oven instructions. I bake for 30 minutes.
